Crisis Alternatives Support
for Autistic Adults Living in Kent and Medway
The Touch Base Project is designed for independent autistic adults who are finding it difficult to manage their mental health or feel they may be approaching crisis.
The service provides up to six weeks of one-to-one self-advocacy support with a trained team member. Together, you will identify a clear goal, explore your rights and responsibilities, and review the options available to you. Sessions are delivered in a safe and confidential setting that respects your pace and communication style.
This project cannot support anyone who is currently in crisis. If you feel unsafe or at immediate risk, call 999 for urgent assistance.
Referrals for the All Together Autistic peer support groups are currently closed. Updates will be posted on our website and shared through our mailing list.
