Each service is bespoke to the area in which we deliver it.
General advocacy covers a wide range of client groups and issues, where statutory types of advocacy do not apply. We work with people who have learning disabilities, learning difficulties, mental health issues, autism or Asperger’s, or some other kind of substantial difficulty.
Some of our contracts cover non- statutory advocacy and sometimes general/community advocacy can be spot purchased in addition to the contracts we hold.
Currently, we deliver the following non-statutory general advocacy as follows:
Bexley
In Bexley, Advocacy For All provide Community advocacy for people with a learning disability.
Community advocacy a non-statutory short-term issue-based service, which is a free and independent to the person.
This service is provided when statutory advocacy does not apply.
Eligibility:

• Learning disability or autism
• Non-Statutory issue
Advocacy can help with
• understanding information
• empower you to speak up on relevant issues
• help you to self advocate
• signposting to relevant services
This service cannot help with:
• Parenting
• Tribunals
• Court Work (Legal)
• Statutory advocacy
